Refund policy

The customer who has purchased a product online has the right to refuse the product and return it within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

the product must not have been used or attempted to be used;

Upon receiving a defective product, the customer must immediately contact the seller and agree on the terms of exchange or return.

In this case:

the product and packaging must be complete;

the seller pays the return/shipping costs.

The customer declares a desire to return the product by contacting the seller via the website.

In all cases, the customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from actions that are not necessary to determine the properties and quality of the product.
